Celebrate Every Victory
Why do we downplay our own accomplishments? I’ve caught myself doing it—brushing off my achievements, saying, “Oh, it’s nothing,” or “I only did this small thing.”
But there are no “only’s” in victories.
Breaking Free from Routine
Why do we do the things we do? Have you ever stopped to ask yourself that?
There’s an old story about a woman who always cut the ends off her ham before putting it in the oven. When her husband asked why, she said, “That’s how my mom always did it.” Curious, he asked her mother, who gave the same response. Finally, they asked Grandma, who laughed and said, “Oh, I cut the ends off because my oven was too small!”
The Gift of Movement
What would you do if you were told you could never walk again, let alone run? Would you give in to sorrow, or would you embrace every step you still have the ability to take?
Is Your View Clear or Foggy?
Life is full of contrasts. Some days, the path ahead is crystal clear, like a stunning landscape stretching for miles. Other days, it feels like we can barely see what’s right in front of us, shrouded in fog and uncertainty.
