Dr. Nancy Meyer is an author, speaker, and courage coach who captivates her audiences with her dynamic personality and her overcomer spirit. As a licensed Chiropractic Physician, successful businesswoman, and accomplished midlife Ironman triathlete, she sheds new light on topics such as Defying Fear, Finding Courage, Embracing Your Value, and Discovering Rest. She is a wife, mom, and proud grandmother, who overcame her fears and now shows others how they can, too.
She was 53 when she signed up for her first triathlon, even though she had to learn to swim, and she is a testament to personal determination and all that God can accomplish. She has a natural gift for encouragement, never meeting a stranger, and she is affectionately known as "Olaf" because of her love of warm hugs. In addition to her personal achievements, she now offers a three-month coaching program to help individuals learn how to confront fears and overcome anxieties.
