No. You can begin with one course based on what you need most right now. Many people start with a single area and choose to add others later.
The best place to start is the area that feels hardest to stay consistent with right now—mind, spirit, or body. There is no wrong choice.
That said, many people are surprised to learn that starting with mental and spiritual wellness often creates the strongest foundation. When mindset and faith are supported first, consistency with physical wellness tends to fall into place more naturally.
If you’re unsure where to begin, starting with Mental Wellness, followed by Spiritual Wellness, and then Physical Wellness, is a gentle and effective path for many.
You’ll have one year of on-demand access, giving you plenty of time to move at your own pace and revisit lessons whenever you need throughout the year. Renewal options will be available if you’d like continued access beyond the year.
Yes. These courses are faith-based but never forced. Faith is woven in naturally, with encouragement and truth, while honoring where you are on your journey.
Not at all. These courses are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re just beginning or looking to grow deeper.
If you’d like guidance and accountability across all three areas, the Transformational Path includes all three courses plus group Zoom mastermind support. You can explore that option when and if you’re ready.
You don’t have to do everything at once.
Growth happens when you take one faithful step at a time.
