Over these 40 days, you’ll commit to simple but powerful daily habits that build resilience, create momentum, and shift your inner narrative.

The Fit ’n 40 Day Challenge is a 40-day commitment to care for your body, mind, and spirit through small, intentional actions. It’s designed to fit into real life—whether you’re a beginner or already active.

You’ll choose between two levels:

Ignite: Perfect if you’re just getting started and want a manageable routine.

Unleashed: Ideal if you’re ready to take things up a notch.

Each day includes movement, self-care, hydration, quiet time, journaling, and mindful nutrition.


This is not about extreme workouts or rigid diets

—it’s about consistency and intentional living.

Hi, I’m Dr. Nancy Meyer.

Just because you are a certain age doesn't determine your outcome or where you can go. I started doing triathlons at 53. Not just any triathlon but Half Ironman which is 1.2 miles swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run. Go big or Go Home! Did I mention I had to learn to swim. What is your excuse for not being healthly? Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. 1 Cor. 6:19-20. Honor God by taking care of the temple He gave you.

When we take care of ourselves we are better able to take care of others. Put you mask on first as the flight attendant says. Satan has fooled us into forgetting ourselves that we can't truly love or care for others if we don't take care of ourselves. We can't fill from an empty cup.

Because 40 days is long enough to build habits that last—but short enough to stay focused. Plus, big transformations in the Bible happened in 40 days. Jesus spent 40 days in the wilderness; Moses spent 40 days on the mountain; and Noah spent 40 days on the ark.

Who can join?

Anyone! Whether you’re 18 or 99, beginner or advanced, this challenge is designed to meet you where you are.

How long does the challenge last?

Exactly 40 days. Long enough to build a habit, short enough to stay focused.

What’s the difference between Ignite and Unleashed?

Ignite = lighter version (20 minutes each of exercise and self-care).

Unleashed = deeper stretch (40 minutes each).

You choose your starting point.

Do I need special equipment?

Not at all. You can do this at home, outside, or in the gym.

How much time does it take?

Ignite = about 40 minutes per day.

Unleashed = about 80 minutes per day (can be split into chunks).

What results can I expect?

Most participants notice more energy, better focus, stronger discipline, and renewed motivation. This challenge isn’t just about physical change—it’s about total wellness.
