Sinuses kicked my butt this last week. I have never had sinus problems before. Ugh! I haven’t been able to workout like I like to or like I feel my body needs to in order to help manage my stress. Today, I was able to get in a workout, finally. Physically, it was a win, but it was even more so a mental win for me. #clearingthecobwebs #workout #motivation #phil413

There’s always time for a selfie. 😂 Dentist went through 3 diamond drill bits to remove my old caps. I wanted to lose it, but I hung in there by talking myself off the anxiety ledge. My dentist was great, but man, I did not enjoy all the drilling.

When your grandson ask you to adjust him and you are a retired Chiropractor, you adjust him. 🙃 He knows it helps him with his growing pains. I adjusted my kids a lot when they were younger…including within a few hours of when they were born. Does Chiropractic care help? You betcha.

Note: Yes my bed is not made and yes I don’t always make my bed. But yes, it looks great when I do. 🙃 Does that count?
